Croydon Tram Crash

Friday, November 11th 2016

Tigger and I have visited Croydon on numerous occasions and ridden the famous trams that lend character to the town. It was with shock and great sadness that we learnt of the tram crash that occurred on Wednesday which has taken 7 lives and left many people with serious injuries.

We await with interest and concern the outcome of the investigation into the causes of the accident, hoping that this will make sense of what seems an incomprehensible disaster.

We can only wish the injured a speedy recovery and send our deepest condolences to those who grieve the loss of their loved ones.
